We're delighted you've chosen our property for your vacation. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to agree to the following terms and conditions. By signing this document, you agree to abide by these terms during your stay.

1. Reservation and Payment:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing 30 days before your scheduled arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.

3. Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-In: After 3pm on the day of arrival.
Check-Out: By 10am on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.

4. Occupancy:

The property is rented to the person(s) named in the booking confirmation.
No parties or events are allowed without prior written permission.

5. Rules and Regulations:

No smoking inside the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Please respect the property and neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level.

6. Damages and Cleaning:

The property should be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause during their stay.
A cleaning fee of 400 is included in your booking. Excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur additional charges.

7. Liability:

The property owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
The property owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

8. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of your stay and agree to abide by them.
